If the situation you mentioned is the same as the one I described above, I have reported this as a bug to our QA team for further analysis with report ID#QCPHANTOM-33745 I followed your operation steps and found that after I dragged the Combine Files tab to become an independent window, the new window defaulted to the Home menu, resulting in the Combine Files tab shown in the new window doesn't have a corresponding Combine Files ribbon menu, as shown in the following screenshot:
